Our Vision: We are inspired to position homecare services as a leader in healthcare in Washington State.

Our Mission: To promote the long-term growth and sustainability of in-home services in Washington State.  HCAW provides leadership for consumers by unifying in-home service providers though public outreach, education, legislative advocacy and supporting practice standards.

Established in 1968, the Home Care Association of Washington is celebrating 40 years of promoting our members and the quality services they provide to Washington State Residents in the setting they prefer, their homes.

HCAW Members include Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Hospice Care Centers and provide an array of health-related services. HCAW supports these care providers, providing advocacy, expertise, training opportunities and community support.

The Professional Registry of Nursing is proud to be a locally owned and operated company which has always been and continues to be family and community focused.

Founded in November of 1990 on the kitchen table of a small apartment in Kent, WA, the organization has grown into a well respected member of Washington State's Long Term Care System through old fashioned hard work, by keeping our promises to our customers and to our highly valued employees, through innovation, and by continually searching for ways to improve our services.

We continue to support members of the Developmental Disabilities community and our respected Senior Citizens through Quality Assurance, Assessment and Training programs under various State and local government contracts. These services are also available to individual organizations on an as needed basis.

With the continuing changes in Long Term Care and the increasing need for well prepared personal care service staff, especially in other than English speaking communities, the Professional Registry of Nursing is well prepared to assist in the design, implementation and management of a training program tailored for the specific needs of your organization. Please don't hesitate to give us a call to discuss the many options available to you. It would be our pleasure!
